Emma is a co-founder of PATH
and the Executive Director of
EFMNS.

Mukisa joined PATH in 2022 after completing articles with EFMNS, Valent Legal, and Weldon McInnis.

Megan joined PATH in January 2024, bringing with her an extensive history in academia and litigation.

Mike is a litigation lawyer with
Valent Legal and is a co-founder
of PATH.

Hanna joined PATH in 2023. She practices in the areas of criminal defence and prison law, and appeals.

Praisline is a recent graduate of the Legal Administration program who joined PATH in 2022.

Jessica joined PATH as the Managing Lawyer in 2022 after having served as EFMNS’s staff lawyer.

Emma completed her articles with EFMNS and PATH before joining PATH as a Staff Lawyer in 2023.
