Civil Litigation

Contingency Fee

Contingency fee means that you will not be charged a fee until the case settles or you win a judgment in court.

Police Complaint - Document Drafting

PATH understands the importance of effectively communicating your concerns and ensuring that your complaint accurately reflects the incident or misconduct you experienced. We will guide you through the complaint submission process, ensuring that your complaint is clear, concise, and presents a strong case.

Section 161 Order Variations

$4,000

PATH will guide and advocate for you in applications to vary a section 161 order, ensuring your rights and interests are effectively represented. We will navigate the intricate legal requirements, working to pursue modifications that align with your changing circumstances and promote a fair resolution.

Parole Hearing

A well-prepared and comprehensive parole release plan is crucial in presenting a strong case for release. PATH will assist you in developing a detailed plan that outlines your support networks. We will ensure that your  plan meets the requirements set by the parole board and presents a clear path towards successful reintegration into society. We will also act as your assistant at the hearing if needed.

Notary Public

$25

PATH can notarize your documents as required. If your documents require notarization, you must wait to sign the document in front of the notary public.  The person signing the documents must also bring a valid original (not a photocopy) government issued photo ID.

Class Action Lawsuits

Price List Disclaimer

Although we strive to provide certainty for clients with flat rate billing and fixed fees, occasionally circumstances may require a departure from flat or fixed fees. We reserve the right to depart from the stated prices at any point in the process but will do our best to provide plenty of notice when that is anticipated. In some instances, where circumstances dictate, we may increase the guideline prices which were designed for standard or routine cases, not more complex or complicated matters.
