PATH can notarize your documents as required. If your documents require notarization, you must wait to sign the document in front of the notary public. The person signing the documents must also bring a valid original (not a photocopy) government issued photo ID.

We reserve the right to depart from the stated prices at any point in the process but will do our best to provide plenty of notice when that is anticipated. In some instances, where circumstances dictate, we may increase the guideline prices which were designed for standard or routine cases, not more complex or complicated matters.
